What we collect

Only what you submit through the contact form or email: name, organization, contact details, and the content of your message. This site sets one item of local browser storage (your dark/light theme preference). We run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics by default.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, scope requirements, and maintain business correspondence. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Retention

Business correspondence is retained as required for ordinary business records and federal contracting recordkeeping, then deleted.

Third-party processing

Email is processed by our business email provider (Google Workspace). If the contact form uses a form-processing service, submissions transit that processor solely for delivery to us. Both operate under their own security and privacy terms.

Your choices

Email privacy@texasrisingsun.com to request a copy or deletion of correspondence you have sent us. We honor such requests unless retention is required by contract or law.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Email accounts use multi-factor authentication. Access to correspondence is limited to TRS principals.
